By accessing and using Courtmetrics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the application.
2. Eligibility
Access to Courtmetrics is by invitation only. You must be an authorised member of a league to use this platform. Access is granted at the discretion of league administrators.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must not share your account access with others.
- You must enter accurate match data and scores.
- You must use the platform in good faith and for its intended purpose.
4. Admin Rights
League administrators have elevated permissions to manage player data, match records, scoring configurations, and user access. Admin actions are logged. Admins are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of league data.
5. Match Data and Rankings
Match data entered into the system is used to calculate player rankings automatically. Rankings are based on configurable scoring rules set by administrators. Rankings are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate and may be revised by admins if errors are found.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Entering false or misleading match scores.
- Attempting to manipulate rankings fraudulently.
- Accessing or attempting to access other users' accounts.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than league management.
7. Intellectual Property
Courtmetrics and its features are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the application's code or design without explicit permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Courtmetrics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Rankings and statistics are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courtmetrics and its administrators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
